Pre-load on PS5

- Leave the console in Rest Mode with “Stay Connected to the Internet” switched on.
- The download starts by itself from 10 November, or start it from the game's page in your library.
Is there enough space?
A standard PS5 has about 667 GB of usable space, so GTA 6 takes roughly a third of it. If you are short, add an M.2 SSD or move other games to an external drive first.
PS5 Pro
Rockstar has not announced PS5 Pro enhancements. Rockstar's site says the game “plays best on PlayStation 5”, which is marketing for the PlayStation partnership, not a performance promise.
Boxed copy
The boxed PS5 edition holds a download code, not a disc, so a PS5 Digital Edition plays it the same way.
Is GTA 6 on PS4?
No. GTA 6 is only on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
How big is GTA 6 on PS5?
About 210 GB, according to PlayStation Store data. Rockstar recommends having plenty of free space before pre-loading.
Is GTA 6 60fps on PS5?
Rockstar has said GTA 6 targets 30 frames per second on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Nothing has been announced for PS5 Pro.
